Helping Children

If children are involved, she tells them her story as well. "The best work I do," she says, "is helping kids make the transition." Risa explains the different developmental stages their children will go through and what they can expect outside the divorce, and then they apply it to their situation.

Risa is also involved as a family professional in the collaborative movement in Toronto.

Her other services include parent coordination, pre-marital, individual and grief counselling.
