We as human beings are blessed with the ability to speak, along with a tone of voice and body language which aid our message. We are blessed with the ability to hear and perceive what others wish to communicate to us.
So why do we have such a universal problem with communicating? We were not trained in effective communication, those who are skilled have made it a priority to learn, or we simply choose not to communicate for many reasons. We are also products of our environments and stressors strongly influence the effectiveness of our communication.
